Does anyone know when the Arashi postcards for this year will be available?

Hi. Does anyone here from the Philippines who have tried ordering from CDJapan?

I'm wondering if there would be a need for permit/clearance from Optical Media Board if ever I would buy albums.Also I would like to know, what shipping method is the most preferrable here in the Philippines.
